Refunds on program payments will be processed once written notification has been submitted by emailing [email protected].  In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be issued if the written cancellation request is received seven calendar days or more before the first day of the program.   Cancellations 6-0 days prior to the program start will not receive a refund.  Full or partial refunds will not be issued to participants who attend/login one or more days of the program.

Clearwater Marine Aquarium reserves the right to cancel a program for any reason.  We require a minimum of five (5) participants per program.  If the minimum number of participants is not met 72 hours before the start of the program, the program will be cancelled and a full refund, or rescheduling will occur. 

A refund or prorated amount will not be issued if it is necessary to un-enroll a student from a course due to violations of classroom protocols.
